A black brand resembling iron shackles appears on a creature you can see within range, which must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be cursed for the duration. While cursed, the target’s Speed is 0 and can’t increase. The target can take an action to make a Strength (Athletics) check against your spell save DC. If it succeeds, the spell ends.
