Description
The northern district of Carrowyn, and the only modest one; the other four sections are wealthy. Vines grow across the roofs and the trees are blossoming year round, which makes it the most beautiful part of the city despite being the poorest. Supposedly dwarfs, Minotaurs, and the like live here. Carrowyn’s newspaper is printed in “The Valley” here, at the CFN Headquarters.
