Named at the end of the CFN newspaper we bought in 13-Full Moon > At Carrowyn. He is waiting on his new military before deciding between Iskar’Thul and Karvok Thuldor; that is, waiting on The Silent Fist, who are in discussions with House of One Hand Clapping. We have assumed he is the king who lives in The Citadel of Carrowyn, but nobody has actually told us that.
