This graft replaces an organ or limb. A Replacement can replace an amputated limb or missing organ but can’t revive a creature that has died. A Replacement organ or limb takes up one body slot relevant to it; for example, a monstrous hand takes the Arms slot and a Replacement kidney takes up the Internal slot. You can have more than one Replacement in a single body slot.
