One creature you can see within range makes a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, each time the target takes damage until the spell ends at the end of your next turn, it takes an extra 1d4 Necrotic damage. If the target is Bloodied, it takes an extra 1d6 Necrotic damage instead.
