You channel power from the Lower Planes, enhancing three creatures other than yourself within range. Whenever it deals damage with a weapon, it deals an extra 1d4 Necrotic damage.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You can target one additional creature for each spell slot level above 1.
