You violently force impossible thoughts, voices, and images into the mind of one creature you can see within range. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 6d8 Psychic damage and immediately gains a random effect from the Short-Term Madness table. The madness lasts for its normal duration. While affected by this spell, the creature also has disadvantage on Intelligence and Wisdom ability checks.

On a successful save, the target takes half damage and suffers no madness.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. When cast using a 7th-level spell slot or higher, roll on the Long-Term Madness table instead. When cast using a 9th-level spell slot, roll on the Indefinite Madness table instead.

Fuck Your Mind Again. If a creature already suffering from madness fails another saving throw against this spell, don’t replace the existing effect. Roll another madness effect. Both apply at the same time. That can get extremely ugly, which feels perfect for something called Fuck Your Mind.
