One of the 12 artifacts. An ordinary-looking handheld mirror.
We found it in 12-The Executioner > At The Crazy One’s House, in a golden chest inside the painting at The Crazy One’s House. The brass key The Crazy One gave us opened the chest.
It does not show your reflection. It shows you a scene, and tapping it changes to a different but metaphorically similar one. The two that mattered:
- Cal saw the moment they got their gift — icy plains, a small Tabaxi woman following an old man, and light leaving his body and entering hers as he fell
- Eisuke saw someone he claims is The Realm Jumper
After we sealed it, it went to work on us. Passing the save did not stop you from hearing it:
- Raelor: “One of them are lying to you. One of them are working for V”
- Eisuke: “They took something from you”
- Yharov: “Cal came out of the blue and hasn’t told you anything about themself. The only thing they are focused on is Theratina. Why?”
- Theodore: “Why does he keep telling you what to do? You didn’t come here to take orders from a man in armor; you came to save your family”
- Cal: “All these people have ever done is shut you up. You were given an ability; when were you able to use it? The amount of stories stripped from your hands. That’s on them.”
Uses

- An Unknown creature cannot disguise itself, hide inside another creature, alter memories around itself, or pretend to be something else while reflected within it
